This is a free Job Placement Service which sources job seekers’ applications that are pre-screened and matched to the specific requirements of each employer. We’re committed to providing you with quick, helpful service to save you the time and money of finding suitable local staff for your business.

We will:

• Advertise school-based traineeships and apprenticeships throughout SCISCO’s associated secondary schools.
• Screen applicants and forward suitable applicants’ resumes
• Arrange interviews for you

Scisco coordinates various programs that require and encourage employer involvement:

Adopt-A-School -  This program aims to develop effective partnerships between schools and local businesses to benefit schools, industry and business.

Plan-It Youth Mentoring Program- Using trained volunteer mentors, this program is available to local high schools and is designed to encourage and assist young people to plan their careers and remained engaged in learning and training.

Structured Workplace Learning- This program gives current secondary students the opportunity to gain workplace experience and provides students with a broad understanding of the world of work to complement their VET in Schools programs.
